Feeling out of touch with yourself and your body? Life is hectic as we take care of work, chores, and family, and we often put ourselves last. This six-week course will help renew that connection to yourself, that connection between mind and body. My goal is for you to feel more centered, calm, and mindful and have a selection of techniques to help maintain those newly strengthened connections.
Each 30 minute-video will use practices such a asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to help you connect to some aspect of yourself. Examples include: Connecting to Calm, Connecting to Your Motivation, Connecting to Your Intuition, and Connecting to Your Mind.
Videos will become available to you twice per week and are in an on-demand format, allowing you to watch at your own pace, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
